At EBKFrock, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. While we’re confident that you’ll love our ready-to-wear pieces and premium materials, we understand there may be times when you need to return an item.
 General Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, kindly read the following terms carefully:

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Items must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

Items that show visible signs of wear, damage, or have missing tags will not be eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of return, unless the return is due to our error.
What You Can Return
You may return:

Wrong sizes delivered

Wrong items sent

Factory-defective garments (e.g., torn seams, wrong stitch, etc.)
We do not accept returns on:

Discounted or sale items

Accessories, innerwear, or custom-made clothing

Fabrics and material cut to customer specification

Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we can help you exchange it once (subject to availability). The customer will cover shipping costs both ways.
 Refunds
Once your item has been received and inspected:

You will be notified by email or phone about the status of your return.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

If the item is not approved, you may choose to have it shipped back at your cost.
