Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following items are not eligible for returns:
  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as “non-returnable”
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
  • Items that are damaged or defective due to misuse

How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these steps:
  • Log in to your Ebfrock account and go to your order history.
  • Click on the order containing the item you want to return.
  • Select the item you want to return and click on “Return Item”.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
  • You will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number via email.
  • Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that refunds may take longer to process during peak periods.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. However, if the item is defective or was sent in error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
